Cascade Mountain Rentals (CMR) is the operator and owner of this website.
CMR, at 9614 Rainier Ave South, Seattle, WA 98118, arranges the vacations and rentals advertised on this site. CMR is registered by the State of Washington.
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
Reservations are accepted with a valid credit card as a guarantee of deposit. A reservation deposit is required (and automatically charged) within 1 to 7 days of making a reservation, depending on departure date. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure date. For holiday periods, final payment is due 90 days prior to departure date. A security deposit is required for all property reservations.
HOME RATES
Price range advertised on website and in the CMR Vacation Guide is based on season and number of guests occupying the villa. Rates are per night, and do not include tax. Each reservation is for a specified number of guests or rooms. We reserve the right to charge for any additional guests/rooms. Do not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity of your reserved property.
CONFIRMATION DOCUMENTS
Confirmation documents are normally mailed 21 days prior to departure. These documents will not be released until full payment and the requested signed forms are received. Late payments or late-receipt of required forms may result in overnight shipment of confirmation documents to customer in order to meet travel deadlines; these overnight shipment costs will be billed to the customer.
PRICES, AND ACCOMMODATION SUBSTITUTION
All prices, services and amenities are subject to change without notice. CMR reserves the right to substitute accommodations or services, and to make adjustments if it is discovered that a particular price, service or amenity was shown or quoted incorrectly. Every effort will be made to provide similar services, accommodations or amenities to ensure your safety, convenience and enjoyment. All prices are in U.S. Dollars ($USD).
AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be a minimum age of 25 to rent a property through CMR.
PROPERTY CANCELLATIONS
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless CMR is able to re-rent the same property for the same period of time, subject to a $100 cancellation fee. You may reschedule 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, with the same property and number of nights, for travel within one year of the original check-out date, subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Rescheduled reservations are subject to price increases, and the nightly rate is based on the new reservation dates. Holiday and select property reservations may not be rescheduled.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY
Holiday reservations are subject to surcharges and increased cancellation penalties. During the period of 12/16 to 1/6, cancellation fees are as follows: Once deposit is received, the fee is $200/person. 60-30 days prior to arrival, the fee is $300/person. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival are $100% non-refundable.
SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES
Changes: Once reservation is under deposit, a $25 per reservation fee applies to changes in travel arrangements. 14 days or less prior to arrival, the fee is $50 per reservation.
Cancellations: Once reservation is under deposit, a fee of $50 per reservation applies. 30-15 days prior to arrival, the fee is $100 per reservation. Reservations are non-refundable if cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to arrival.
REFUNDS
Any unused portion of reservation, service or activity is non-refundable. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of cancellation. Reservations made for travel between December 16 and January 6 (holiday period) are subject to a holiday surcharge. Cancellation penalties for the holiday period may be up to 100% of payment.
