Sugar Cookie Cabin is about creating family memories. Location and Kid-Friendly accomodations make this brand new Suncadia built-green house a must stay for any family with little ones. The house is walking distance to the Swim / Fitness Center and everything the Suncadia Village has to offer.

There are numerous entertaining indoor diversions and the house is fully stocked with everything a young family needs at this home-away-from-home to help make for a easy packing getaway: toys, puzzles, games, books, movies, Kelty backpack, Avent bottle warmer and sanitizer, training potties, diaper changing station, sippy cups, and more.

The house can comfortably accommodate 6-10 people. The “Master Suite” on the main floor has a king size bed, private bath, and private veranda. The upstairs “Family Suite” has a queen size bed and private bathroom and a Sony HD TV + DVD player. Through the bathroom is the walk-in closet which has a full size crib with mobile, baby monitors, white noise machine, and bouncy seat. Adjacent to the “Family Suite” is the kid’s loft which includes a Twin over Full bunk bed and books, toys and kid-sized furniture.

The home’s centerpiece, a vaulted Great Room with a raised hearth, makes way to a cozy kitchen on one end and a Covered Veranda on the other with Weber BBQ and Patio Dining furniture.

This home is located in Prospector’s Reach, a new neighborhood of cottages inspired by Suncadia’s natural and historic heritage. It was built by Bennett Homes with a high tech, Built Green philosophy of living architecture into its nature-inspired materials and amenities. The home is furnished almost exclusively with modern classic furniture from Room and Board.

Elk Landing at Suncadia is a stunning 3 story home encompassing over 6,200 square feet. The home features 7 bedrooms, 5 of which are ensuite. A poker table, pool table, and bar compliment the spacious great room overlooking the 14th green on Rope Rider. Over 1400 feet of outdoor living including large in ground spa and outdoor kitchen make this house one of the most enjoyable in Suncadia.
