This beautiful view home located in a gated community is situated minutes from Cle Elum on a 6 acre parcel on the north slope of the Cle Elum Ridge with million dollar territorial views of the Stuart Mountain Range and Cle Elum Valley from every level of the home.    

The whole family will appreciate this modern luxury log home with vaulted yet cozy, intimate living areas.  The spacious open floor plan features a large great room with a real, wood burning fireplace and large hearth for warming up and drying out after a day in the snow.  A second gas burning stove located in the cozy, window encased sun room is the perfect place to submerge in a good book.  The gourmet kitchen with slab granite countertops and a massive tree slab bar top are perfect for cooking for larger families.  Enjoy grilling on the gas BBQ located just out the back steps off the kitchen. 

This three bedroom lodge provides flexible sleeping accommodations for up to 14 in beds.  On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a king and queen bed respectfully.  Twin trundle beds in each room plus an additional twin bed in the room with the queen bed provide bed space for 9 on this floor.  The master on the main floor has a queen bed with a separate twin bed.  Rounding out the sleeping options is a queen hide-a-bed in the lower level great room.

The lower level great room is also fully equipped with wet bar, air hockey, foosball table, a large sectional with a 48” TV and DVD player.  This kid / toddler friendly home is fully equipped with two attachable baby gates and a plethora of toys, games and books for kids ages 1-6.

Outdoor recreation opportunities abound in this mountain setting.  Hiking, biking and snow shoeing trails are located literally outside the back door.  The entire family will have fun on the lighted custom built, 100 yard sledding hill with alternate luge chute entrance.  Easy access to the Taneum / Manastash wildlife area provide over 600 miles of groomed trails for snowmobling, ATV and dirt bike riding. For those looking for a little more relaxing outing try sipping your favorite beverage seated on the 44 foot long covered deck enjoying the panoramic mountain terrain or watching turkeys, deer and elk which frequent the property. 

Additional activities in the surrounding area include cross country skiing in the Yakima River Valley or the miles of groomed trails in Suncadia.  A short drive back up the valley you can downhill ski at any of the four Snoqualmie Pass ski areas. It boasts one of the largest night skiing operations in the country.  Nearby Suncadia operates a rope tow inner tube sledding hill as well as an ice skating rink.  Feel free to bring you own snowmobiles as the home enjoys easy access to miles of terrain.

In the summer you’ll find multiple horseback riding, white water rafting, and fly fishing guides in the area.  The Yakima River is known nationally for its exceptional catch and release trout fishery.  Challenge yourself to 18 holes of high mountain golf at nearby Suncadia’s Prospector Golf Course or sharpen your game and the Sun Country Golf Course which you’ll pass on the way to the Lodge.
